Why should I join the FB event?
Our stock this year is extremely limited, with high discounts up 70% off, we are expecting items to sell out. Therefore to ensure you dont miss out, register for the FB event to be reminded when the sale kicks off.
Is there a discount Code for the Black Friday Sales?
Not this year, the product prices will be marked down.
Can I get the price difference refunded if the item I bought is further reduced days later?
Sale prices may vary across different styles & colours and are subject to change at any time throughout the sale period. We are unable to refund any price differences. Prices are only valid at the time of purchase. Sorry, legend.
How long will delivery take?
Due to the significant volumes our shipping suppliers will be processing orders can can upto 5 days to dispatch and delieveries up to 12 days.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Our customer service team will have limited ability to change orders due to volumes of sales. Please reach out to us we will try out best to support your request.
Can I use a discount code from one of your ambassadors or that I received earlier in the year?
During sales period all discount codes are disabled.
