You can return any garment for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order by simply following the 3 Steps below. Please read our RETURNS POLICY below to check if your order meets our free returns conditions.
1. REQUEST A RETURN
Submit a returns request using the button below. Once we receive and verify your request we will email you a shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Please note due to a high volume of orders our team are working through your return request may take longer than expected to approve.
2. PACK, PRINT & ATTACH LABEL.
Pack your return in the original packaging or simply use a similar sized parcel.
Download and print the return Label we have sent you via email and attach your label to the parcel by taping it securely and make sure not to cover the barcode.
3. DROP OFF AT POST OFFICE.
Drop off your parcel at any in-store Australia Post Office. We will keep you updated via email on the status of your return. Find your nearest Post Office here.
- You can return any item/s for a refund of the purchase price if it the item/s was purchased at full price and is within 30 days of receipt.
- We do not accept refunds or exchanges on items purchased inclusive of sale events such as site-wide promotions or have been marked down for final sale, unless the item in question is faulty.
- Items that have been marked down or are purchased during a promotional sale using a promotional coupon code or discount applied at checkout are eligible for an e-credit or exchange, and are non-refundable. Note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping on items purchase on sale or with discount codes. E-credit is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty.
- Any refund will be the equivalent to the price paid when purchasing the item/s.
- Refunds will be processed between 1-3 business days once the returned item/s have been received and checked by our team.
- Please make sure you return the item/s are in the same condition you received them. Items that are worn, altered, washed, soiled or tampered with in anyway will void exchange policy.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they are packed securely as to avoid damage. Please also ensure you send the goods with a tracking number. We do not take responsibility if the goods do not arrive at our warehouse.
- International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a traceable and insured service.
- Refunds for international orders will be processed within 1 - 3 business days once the returned item/s have been received and checked by our team.
- It is a legal requirement that WPN declare the full value of goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages delivered outside of Australia. Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
- The purchaser must cover any additional charges or fees for customs clearance. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
